Creating high-performance cosmetic products like shampoo or hair color means combining science and engineering: from innovative formulations designed in our laboratory to final packaging, each step reflects our commitment to quality and naturalness.
Integrated logistics
Logistics in Hauts-de-France is the path to excellence.
Geographical excellence with 80 million inhabitants within 300km and multimodal transport development thanks to:
• the extensive road network
• France’s leading rail hub within 30km
• the future Seine-Nord Canal (and the Seine-Escaut Canal by 2028)
Within our logistics hub, traceability is maintained from start to finish, ensuring rigorous quality and product safety.
Because environmental responsibility is a priority, we seek local transport partners and prioritize short supply chains: directly from producer to consumer.
Quality
Whether it is the design of our products, our logistical choices or the creation of our factory, we are committed every day to going further in terms of ecology and health.
This is why we obtain very demanding labels for our products:
- The cellulose we use in our diapers is FSC certified: a global organization dedicated to promoting responsible forest management at the ecological, social, and economic levels.
- Our diapers are certified by the very strict Nordic Swan label: they meet environmental criteria and chemical requirements to minimize the impact of diapers on health and the environment while still being high-performing.
- All Tidoo & Carryboo products are certified organic*. To achieve this, our formulas must guarantee at least 95% naturally derived ingredients and at least 10% organically grown ingredients.

Each of our layers undergoes quality control checks via cameras and detectors.
- During production: material distribution, non-conforming layer ejection system, layer closure system, layer efficiency.
- Regarding the finished product: effectiveness, feeling of dampness, quantity and distribution of materials, strength of the fasteners, weight and dimensions of the mattress…
Innovation
We prioritize using natural raw materials to create products designed for everyone’s well-being, while also minimizing our environmental impact.
Our Research and Innovation laboratory specializes in the development of hair care and coloring products.
Just 6 months after opening our factory, Naturopera unveiled a brand new concept of a sustainable diaper, made from 90% naturally sourced ingredients, while today almost all diapers on the market worldwide are made from 70% plastic.
R&D trial in partnership
An industrial feat for this French SME and its French partners, including the industrial leader Andritz, who have combined their expertise to produce an innovative baby diaper concept (not yet commercially available):
• With liners made from 100% natural ingredients,
• And overall, up to 80% less plastic in the diaper compared to current diapers.
