Preamble

Terms beginning with a capital letter and not defined below have the meanings indicated in the general terms and conditions of use of the website www.naturopera.com.
This privacy policy clearly and precisely explains to Users what personal data may be collected when browsing the website www.naturopera.com.
We are committed to respecting the privacy of Users; therefore, we outline below the conditions under which Users’ personal data may be processed when browsing the website www.naturopera.com.

This privacy policy applies to all data that you provide to us or that we collect, directly or indirectly, including when browsing the website or requesting information, particularly via the website’s contact form. When the collection of specific data is necessary for the associated processing, we indicate mandatory fields with an asterisk.

2. Details of Data Processing

Your data is retained for a period in accordance with legal requirements or proportionate to the purposes for which it was processed. All prospect data is retained for three (3) years from the date of collection or the last contact initiated by the prospect; Browsing data is retained for a maximum of thirteen (13) months.

5. The procedures for exercising Users’ rights 

In accordance with data protection regulations (and in particular the GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and transfer your data. You also have the right to provide instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death. Upon receipt of any complete written request, we undertake to respond within one (1) month, a period that may be extended by two (2) months in the case of a complex request. If we have not responded satisfactorily to your request, a complaint may be lodged with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) via its website: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable legal provisions to protect your Data against alteration, accidental or unlawful loss, use, disclosure or unauthorized access.

 III. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the User may bring the matter before either one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure, or the court of the place where they resided at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred.
